Martin Harvey joined e-skills UK in 2003, the same year the organisation became the first Sector Skills Council to be licensed in the UK. e-skills UK represents employers in the IT and Telecoms sector, and is campaigning to make the UK world class in technology.
Prior to e-skills UK, Martin was VP of Marketing for IBM Europe based in Paris and before that with Chase Manhattan Bank.
