Fernando Loizides is currently researching towards his PhD in Human Computer Interaction at the Future Interaction Technologies Laboratory in Swansea University. His research interests include Digital Libararies, Information Seeking and Database Systems. Apart from academic experience he is an experienced freelance software developer, having worked on several industrial projects. He has given talks and presentations to both academia and industry, and taken a leadership role in team projects. He enjoys collaborating with people, and getting inspired by the dynamic world around us.
